SHIPPING POLICIES, NOTICES AND PROCEDURES

Before we can fulfill any orders a legal address for each shipment must be provided. We cannot ship to PO boxes. To ensure faster delivery we recommend using a business address.

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. Vino 100 Valencia makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverages. By placing an order with Vino 100 Valencia, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you or your receipient. If you wish to ship to another state, you assume all responsibility for determining whether you may lawfully import alcoholic beverages into that state. Interstate laws vary from state to state to state. If we are unable to ship wine to the state you requested, we will notify you before processing your order.

You must be at least 21 years of age to order and receive alcoholic beverages. In placing an order with Vino 100 Valencia, you are attesting to the fact that you are over 21 years of age and the person (s) you are requesting delivery to is also over 21 years of age.

In addition, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult’s signature at the time of delivery and the receipient may be required to show proof of age.

Please note weather conditions at the time of placing your orders. Freight carriers do not insure against heat or cold damage, and we are unable to take responsibility for such damages after your order leaves our store. We strongly urge you to consider the effect of weather conditions when selecting a shipping method. Vino 100 Valencia reserves the right to withhold an order if we have reason to believe weather conditions are such that it might endanger the safety of your wine. In such a case, we will notify you immediately and discuss alternatives. Our first priority is the safety of your wine. Most of our shipping takes place on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid your wine from sitting in a carrier’s warehouse over the weekend.

We ship UPS Ground Freight unless otherwise instructed. We also offer 2^nd Day Air and Next Day Air for faster delivery. Shipping rates are estimated  based on shipping method, weight, destination and packaging material. Insurance maybe available for an additional charge.  A $5.50 charge will be added for mandatory adult signature requirement for each shipment.  Actual shipping charges are included in the order confirmation email we send you upon shipment.

                              2^nd Day Air:  2 business days

                              Next Day Air: 1 business day

We cannot ship to the following states:  AL, AR, DE, KY, ME, MD, MA, MS, MT, NJ, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, UT

Sales tax:  8.25% sales tax will be applicable for all orders shipped or delivered within the state of California.

Order processing time is 2-3 business days for an item that is in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of the future availability.
